Business Development Rep. (BDR)– Customer Experience

Join a fast growing and exciting Digital CX consulting firm that works with leading edge SaaS platforms. We are seeking a passionate sales professional to help acquire new clients for our Customer Experience practice and expanding our presence amongst Mid-market Clients.

The BDR role requires a highly passionate, creative individual who can lead prospecting efforts while maintaining an energetic, strategic, and entrepreneurial spirit. The role will also involve working with technology partners and being comfortable selling technology products. The role will be responsible for generating leads and acquiring new customers and will carry a lead target. This is role-based in our Plano office and reports to the Managing Partner

YOU ARE GOOD AT:

Researching/contacting target accounts through a variety of channels

Using prospecting strategies to lead outreach to build relationships with key decision-makers at targeted accounts

Developing a lead generation strategy

Developing an outbound sales process that promotes scalability

YOU HAVE:

Passion, hustle, and desire to help us build out our sales pipeline

1-3 years inside/outside sales/telemarketing and reaching quotas

Energetic/personable attitude, able to engage and build relations with cold prospects

Proven track record of exceptional lead-generation results

Motivation to learn and do research on companies, prospects and trends

Ability to develop sales tactics and execute with minimal direction

Technical aptitude – understand various technologies and communicate their benefits to clients

SUPER AWESOME IF YOU HAVE:

SaaS sales experience

Experience selling into the Mid-market sector across industries

Experience selling CX and CCaaS/UCaaS solutions from FreshWorks, Zendesk, ServiceNow, Nice InContact, Genesys, and Five9.
